products and orders.
we work hard to display our products accurately. colors, packaging, and ingredients may vary slightly from what appears on the site. we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

intellectual property.
everything on apologene.com — the name, the logo, the copy, the product photography, the design — belongs to apologēne. you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
user content.
if you submit reviews, comments, photos, or any other content to apologene.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. you remain the owner of your content; you just give us permission to use it.
