we don't accept returns or exchanges on apologēne products.

here's why: skincare is personal. once a product has left our facility, we have no way to verify it hasn't been opened, used, or contaminated. for the safety of every customer who comes after you, all sales are final.

we understand this is a serious commitment. that's why we want you to feel confident before you order — read the full ingredient list, reach out with questions, and start small if you're unsure. we're here at glow@apologene.com to help you pick what's right for you.

damaged or incorrect orders. if your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, that's on us. email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

allergic reactions. while we use clinically-tested ingredients, skin is unpredictable. if you experience an adverse reaction, stop use immediately, consult a healthcare provider, and reach out to us at glow@apologene.com. we take every report seriously.
